La cassette en javelot comprend une coque en aluminium usinée CNC 7075, un pilote 9T 1 pièce avec des bagues en polymère et un essieu creux CRMO 14 mm traité à la chaleur avec des écrous de roue assortis de couleur. Le javelot est empêché de l'aluminium 7005 Animal RS RIM avec couture soudée, les parois latérales ont une courte section verticale suffisamment pour une surface de freinage, puis une partie inclinée, les trous de pont sont également forés pour le laçage traditionnel.
