Telaio di elio come base, Radio ha aggiornato il telaio per utilizzare il loro nuovo paradigma 6061-T6 tubi superiori idroformato per perdere una notevole quantità di peso rispetto al telaio dell'elio. Il quarzo utilizza anche un design di abbandono forgiato che gli consente di essere completamente compatibile con il freno a disco se usato con il supporto del freno a disco elio.
