MISURARE LA TESTA È SEMPLICE. TUTTO CIÒ CHE SERVE È UN METRO A NASTRO (O UN PEZZO DI CORDA).
Misurate la circonferenza della vostra testa posizionando il metro 1" (2,5 cm) al di sopra delle vostre sopracciglia e fatelo passare dietro le orecchie (dove si trovano gli occhiali da sole) come mostrato nell'immagine.
