Le manopole firmate Mike Hoder sono prodotte negli Stati Uniti da ODI con una mescola Super Soft per ottenere la sensazione che Mike desiderava. Con i loro 31,5 mm sono un po' più grandi della maggior parte delle manopole per aiutare ad ammortizzare alcuni dei famigerati atterraggi di Hoder.
