Die Box One-Bremsarme sind kaltgeschmiedet und CNC-gefräst aus 6061-T6 Aluminium. Kaltschmieden produziert die stärkste, steifste, leichteste und haltbarste Fahrrad teile. In beiden Größen lassen sich die Bremsbeläge vertikal um 35 Millimeter verstellen - mehr als bei den meisten Bremsen mit linearem Zug. Weitere Merkmale sind Präzisionsversiegelt Lagerzapfen, Titan und Edelstahl Beschläge, eine flexible Kabelnudel und eine stromlinienförmige Kabelbefestigung.
